Prime Homecare operates using a contractor-based model. Care professionals join our
approved network and are matched to clients whose needs align with their skills,
availability, and experience.
We do not operate on volume-based placements. Each match is considered carefully to ensure suitability for both parties. The objective is continuity, stability, and professional respect.
When a client requires support, we review our approved care worker network and contact individuals whose profile aligns with the case. If both the care worker and the client agree to proceed, a service agreement is formalised. Your contract becomes active once services begin.

Yes. We present client details before confirming any assignment. You are free to decline
placements that do not align with your availability, experience, or travel capacity.
We are currently operating in Limerick and surrounding areas. As the company expands nationally,
additional regions will be added. Care professionals outside Limerick may still register for future
consideration.
Prior care experience is required. Relevant qualifications such as QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support
are preferred but not mandatory where strong experience is demonstrated. Compliance
documentation must be completed prior to placement.
Matching is based on experience, availability, location, and service type. We also consider
communication style and household suitability. The goal is to create stable, long-term placements.
Hours depend on client demand and your availability. Some placements are part-time, while others
may involve live-in or 24-hour structured arrangements. We aim for consistency where possible but
cannot guarantee fixed hours.
Identity verification, right-to-work confirmation, Garda vetting, and relevant certifications are
required prior to placement. Insurance may be required depending on the engagement structure.
